Schedule

***Fall/Winter Classes begin October 1, 2012***

All children's classes for the summer session are scheduled on Wednesday afternoons.  Times are listed below:

Mommy & Me Class: Not being offered at this time

Preschool Class: 2:30 pm-3:25 pm

K – 2^nd Grade Class: 3:30 pm-4:35 pm

3^rd – 5^th Grade Class: 4:30-5:35 pm

Curriculum 

Mommy & Me Class:  45 minute weekly class for moms (or dads or "parents" of all kinds!) and their children ages 0-5 years.  This class is filled with songs, movement, and lots of fun!  Each session is created to help develop your child's physical and mental growth.  Motor skills and creative dance are used to teach song and dance exercises.  These classes also give parents a chance to spend quality time with their children and meet other parents.

Preschool Class:  55 minute weekly class for children of preschool age.  This class will allow students to participate in musical movement, rhythm, pre-ballet, basic tap dancing rhythms and steps, and basic jazz dancing steps and movements.  Students will also learn one jazz and one tap routine for the summer recital.  Need:  Ballet or jazz shoes and tap shoes (any color ok).

K – 2^nd Grade Class:  55 minute weekly class for children kindergarten through second grade.  Students will learn beginning skills in ballet, jazz, and tap dancing.  Students will also learn one jazz and one tap routine for the summer recital.  Need:  Ballet or jazz shoes and tap shoes (any color is ok).

3^rd – 5^th Grade Class:  55 minute weekly class for children third grade through fifth grade.  Students will learn intermediate skills in ballet, jazz, and tap dancing.  Students will also learn one jazz and one tap routine for the summer recital.  Need:  Ballet or jazz shoes and tap shoes (any color is ok).

6^th-8^th Grade Class:  55 minute weekly class for children sixth grade through eighth grade.  Students will learn intermediate to advanced skills in ballet, jazz, and tap dancing.  Students will also learn one jazz and one tap routine for the summer recital.  Need:  Ballet or jazz shoes and tap shoes (any color is ok).

Tuition

Tuition for Children's Classes:  $35.00 per month per student per class.  There is an additional $5.00 registration fee due with the first month's tuition.  There is a one-time costume fee of $45.00 per student per class due December 3, 2012.  At this time there are no scholarships or reduced tuition prices available.
